60 to 80 percent of all adults have lower back pain at some time in their lives. After upper respiratory infections, back pain accounts for the next greatest number of workdays lost in industry every year. Nine out of 10 acute back injuries heal on their own within 8 to 12 weeks. Most of the problems we see on the fitness side of things are associated with one thing: PEOPLE SIT TOO MUCH!

The quality of your staff’s work environment has a major impact on their performance. Proper posture can make a person look and feel stronger, decrease the risk of injury, advance everyday performance, and over the course of their life, proper posture can prevent painful physical and mental strain.

According to NSW Workcover, it is the responsibility of both employers and employees to make sure the workplace is safe. His primary strengths are his ability to understand, listen, support, and encourage those he coaches. Michael is an active health and fitness practitioner and is an ICE Level 3 Mediball Graduate from the Australian School of Health and Sports Science. He has extensive experience in assisting many people getting back to normal living after an injury.
