ORDERING

To shop online, simply browse through our extensive range. When you see something you like, add it to your cart.

You can continue shopping until you’re ready to check out. When you do, you will be asked to create a private account and that way you know all your information will be secure. Then you will be asked for the details of your credit card (we accept Visa & MasterCard), as well as your billing & delivery details.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Security

You can elect to pay with Visa and MasterCard online. This website uses a secure server using 128-bit SSL encryption, which means all of your personal information is encrypted to protect your details from fraud.

Direct Transfer

You can elect to make an electronic transfer into Performance Body Works nominated account. Using your order number for payment reference. Our bank account details will be supplied to you when selecting this option at the checkout.

Order by Post

Money orders or cheques can be sent with a copy of your order confirmation to: Performance Body Works Studio 9/34 Bay St Botany NSW 2019 Payment by cheques will have to be deposited prior to orders being processed

Order by Phone

Orders can be made over the phone and payments can be made by credit card or COD. Delivery Options can be discussed and confirmed prior to payment being made. Cheques will have to be deposited prior to orders being processed. Just call 02 9398 5686.

BACK ORDERS

In the unlikely event that the product you order is out of stock or unavailable we will contact you with 48hours of your order to discuss the following options:

RETURNS

To return an item(s), please send back with the original packaging and indicate the reason for the return. Send the item(s) to the address which appears at the top of the packaging insert. Goods must be returned within 14 days of the shipment date – unused and unwashed. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered)

Performance Body Works strives to deliver you a product of the highest quality, if you are unhappy with any part of your purchase please feel free to tell us, your comments are very much appreciated.

EXCHANGES

12 Replacement Guarantee on all faulty or damaged items

If once you get your product home and change your mind on design we are more than happy to exchange your goods. The goods must be unused and unwashed. Send the item(s) to the address which appears at the top of the packaging insert and indicate what your new product requirements are, if possible please indicate an alternative as we may have sold out of your first choice. Please note normal postage charges will apply.

In all instances, please contact Performance Body Works prior to returning an item by emailing info@pbworks.com.au with your order details, new requirements or motivation for requesting a return. An appropriate course of action will then be agreed.

POSTAGE & HANDLING

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of confirmed payment.

All items are sent within Sydney Metropolitan. A flat rate of $10.00AUD will be charged for deliveries within that area. Deliveries outside will be subject to further pricing. Postage and handling costs are added to your order at the checkout.

You will have the option to have your item(s) delivered to your billing address or you can nominate a different address for example to send direct to a gift recipient.

The shipping and delivery times depend on the availability of stock, and on Australia Post.
