  • The initial testing session will give you a baseline to work from, so that future testing can be compared to this and any changes can be noted.

  • Use this to establish your strengths and weaknesses and pinpoint the areas that need improvement.
  • Involves measurement of the following:- height and weight, resting heart rate and blood pressure, aerobic capacity, body composition, flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular power, lung capacity & lots more
  • Once the test is completed you’re provided with a comprehensive report based on your personal scores with suggested targets for improvement.
